- Resolve complex insurance claim denials and discrepancies
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and audit readiness
- Collaborate with clinical teams to document chargeable services
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and software
- Optimize charge entry and payment posting workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Advanced proficiency in Epic EMR and NextGen billing systems
- Strong analytical skills for trend analysis
- Excellent communication for insurance negotiations
- Experience with Nebraska Medicaid/Medicare programs
- BS in Healthcare Administration or Finance preferred
