- Generate monthly invoices and reconcile accounts receivable

- Implement billing process improvements using SAP/Oracle
- Prepare financial reports for executive leadership
- Train junior staff on billing protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/receivables experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS billing a plus
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) desirable
