Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and audit schedules.
- Review and approve expense reports and invoices.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment.
