In this role, you will take ownership of financial reporting, manage complex reconciliations, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards. This is a direct hire position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial audits.
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is required; Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
