Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger
- Coordinate external audits and maintain SOX compliance documentation
- Develop and implement financial controls to minimize risk
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
