Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining compliance with GAAP
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation schedules
- Lead process improvement projects for accounting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing month-end closes and audits
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
