Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Lead audit coordination with external stakeholders
- Develop process improvements for financial workflows
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and Excel
- Strong SOX compliance background
- Proven financial reporting and analysis skills
- Experience in multinational corporate environments
- Advanced Excel modeling capabilities
