Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/year-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with adherence to GAAP standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting for leadership
- Collaborate with audit teams and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
