Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with statutory audits and tax compliance filings.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Produce detailed variance analysis and budget reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.
