Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow forecasting
- Coordinate internal and external audits with minimal disruption
- Develop financial models for budgeting and strategic planning
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/corporate sectors
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS compliance and SOX requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP platforms
