Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger and financial records with precision.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP.
- Perform thorough bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and government reporting requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and perform variance analysis to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
