Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for departmental growth
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Expertise in financial reporting and analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to lead complex financial projects
