Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions within NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Support audit preparation with organized financial record maintenance
- Implement process improvements using automation tools like Zapier
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping internship or academic experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of GAAP principles and double-entry accounting
- Strong analytical skills with high numerical accuracy
- Excellent written communication for client reporting
- QuickBooks certification a plus
