Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve any billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and issue weekly batch payments to vendors under strict weekend deadlines.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
- Communicate proactively with vendors regarding invoice status and payment inquiries.
- Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or general finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the weekend shift.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
