Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow management
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Lead audit preparation and liaison with external auditors and tax authorities
- Maintain accurate financial records using NetSuite and other accounting software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and month-end close procedures
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects and deadlines
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
