Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger (GL) accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Perform complex bank reconciliations and intercompany account eliminations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for executive leadership.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with external auditors during year-end audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree (CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to relocate to Dallas, TX, or commute from surrounding areas in Arizona/Texas.
