Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate, complete, and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and internal control reviews.
- Monitor and report on financial variances and operational trends to management.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure liquidity and vendor satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance team on budget preparation and long-term forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
