Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns under supervision.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the senior accounting team with general ledger maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 0-2 years of internship or relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
