Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform high-volume data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records in the company’s ERP system.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the month-end close process by gathering necessary documentation.
- File and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
