Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Lead internal audits and compliance initiatives
- Develop financial models for strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain GAAP compliance and implement accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics
- Proficient with Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Knowledge of Ohio tax regulations
