Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and review complex financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct detailed account reconciliations and investigate and resolve any variances.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to optimize cash flow.
- Assist in the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and internal management.
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for executive leadership.
- Maintain internal controls and document accounting procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
