Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and review complex financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
  • Conduct detailed account reconciliations and investigate and resolve any variances.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to optimize cash flow.
  • Assist in the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and internal management.
  • Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for executive leadership.
  • Maintain internal controls and document accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
