Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable for 15+ clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with AZ state regulations
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly filings
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and documentation
- Support audits by providing financial records and reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and AZ tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
