Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and P&Ls.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) to maintain ledgers.
- Support the finance department with budget analysis and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
