Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy in daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and audit schedules.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and financial software to generate detailed reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency and workflow.
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls to mitigate financial risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
