Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and facilitate external audits.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and budgets for department leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws and financial regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
