Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving strategies
- Prepare and review complex reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow management
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience with financial reporting and audit preparation
