Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including balance sheets and P&L statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements with high precision.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing requested documentation and schedules.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable workflows to optimize cash flow.
- Develop and maintain budget models to support strategic decision-making.
- Train junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- CPA certification or active eligibility is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of US tax regulations and financial auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
