Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to regulatory compliance
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to GAAP and industry standards
- Optimize financial processes using ERP systems like QuickBooks or SAP
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit preparation
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
