Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and tax laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP
- Expertise in month-end closing and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with regulatory reporting (SEC, IRS)
- Proven track record of process optimization
