Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead audits and prepare financial statements for stakeholders
- Optimize accounting processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor junior accounting staff and improve team workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in remote settings
