Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL reconciliation, month-end closes, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate cash flow management
- Prepare detailed financial statements and variance analyses for leadership review
- Lead internal audits and compliance initiatives for SOX adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in month-end closes and financial reporting (GAAP compliance)
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in audit preparation and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
