Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement streamlined accounting processes using cloud-based platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives
- Conduct reconciliations and ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Provide financial insights to leadership through data-driven analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work proficiency
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills for remote stakeholder collaboration
- Experience with financial reporting, tax preparation, and compliance
