Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for departmental initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and tax compliance activities
- Utilize ERP systems for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience leading financial projects and training junior staff
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
