Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure all tax filings are completed accurately.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure all financial documentation is organized and securely stored.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
