Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Oversee full-cycle accounting for 15+ corporate clients
- Manage complex reconciliations across multi-entity structures
- Lead audit preparation and tax compliance initiatives
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems
- Mentor junior accountants on GAAP best practices
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Expert knowledge of CA tax regulations and GAAP
- Proven success in managing month-end close processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
