Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive review.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and investor materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
