Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support investment strategies and capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and economic indicators to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor departmental budgets and expense controls.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
- Conduct research on industry competitors and sector performance to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
