Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead internal audit processes and implement robust internal controls
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and tax requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and QuickBooks
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and audit procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multinational financial operations and multi-currency transactions
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
