Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted targets.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform detailed market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all financial processes comply with internal controls and external regulatory standards.
- Assist in the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or public accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SQL is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and corporate budgeting practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.
