Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Assist in the audit process by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
