- Manage month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls

- Support tax preparation and compliance initiatives
- Maintain financial systems and optimize reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
