Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement GAAP-compliant accounting systems and process improvements
- Collaborate with audit teams and resolve technical accounting inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years public/private experience
- CPA license or active pursuit required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or ERP platforms
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and PivotTable expertise
- Demonstrated experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
