Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis to assess business performance against budget.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models for forecasting and scenario planning.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand operational challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
