Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze variance reports and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Prepare executive presentations translating complex financial data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor KPIs and industry trends to inform financial strategy
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Proven experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or actively pursuing
