Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasting tools
- Lead monthly close processes with strict adherence to GAAP standards

- Prepare detailed variance reports and strategic recommendations
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
