Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for investment evaluations and business decisions
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes affecting financial performance
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and analytical tools
- Support annual audits and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of Oklahoma energy and healthcare sectors advantageous
