What You Will Do:
As a key member of our Finance department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and efficiency. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, modern office in the heart of downtown Denver.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Build and refine complex financial models to support business case evaluations and capital allocation decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive operational improvements.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, Index/Match).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-financial audiences.
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus but not required.
