Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Prepare and maintain accurate tax documentation and regulatory filings
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives to drive strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Implement and improve internal controls for financial integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or equivalent ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and financial modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
