Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage complex general ledger reconciliations and account analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Develop and implement financial controls for compliance
- Collaborate with audit teams during external reviews
- Create financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Solid understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Experience with multi-state tax filings
- Proven analytical problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
