Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across AZ, CA, and TX
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and compensation adjustments
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and external auditors
- Implement process improvements using automation tools (e.g., UiPath)
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, DOL, and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent payroll system expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Proven track record in payroll audit reconciliation
- Familiarity with FLSA, DOL, and AZ state labor laws
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with payroll tax filing and year-end processing
